How to submit an order

Onehive Property Management uses the eStrataHub electronic document delivery service from Access Point Information Canada (APIC) for ordering strata documents.

Using a credit card

  1. Go to www.apicanada.com and click the Register link.
  2. After registering with APIC, log in and click the “Purchase Strata Documents” button.
  3. Click the “Create New Order” button and fill in the information.

Using MyLTSA

  1. Create a MyLTSA account if you do not already have one.
  2. Log on to MyLTSA.
  3. Place your order through MyLTSA.
